RESERVATION POLICIES
We require full payment prior to
booking within 1 week. Bookings 3 weeks out may
put a $100.00 deposit to hold your reservation with the
balance due 1 week prior to actual booking date.
We can not confirm a reservation until payment is
received. Deposits are non-refundable unless given
enough time to rebook the cottage.
All rates are subject to 6.00% Texas state and local hotel tax.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
Children: No
Children - No one under the age of 21.
Pet Policy:
We
DO require that you let us know you intend to bring a
pet.
1. NO PETS IN THE BEDS
Please supply a doggie bed or blanket to make pet
Comfortable. Cats on premise are dog friendly and
will offer to play with your pet if you wish.
2. DO NOT LEAVE PETS
UNATTENDED without a
carrier. If you need to leave your pets alone in the
cottage just make sure your pet is
secure in a carrier.
3. DON’T BE AFRAID
If accidents or damage
occurs, alert us right away,
we'll probably be far more understanding than you think.
4. BE RESPONSIBLE
We wish to remain pet
friendly.
We do have facilities for livestock
outside, but do not have fencing suitable to keep a dog from
running. Our
experience with guests bringing pets to date has been great
- lets keep it that way and be responsible for your pet.
Check-in time anytime after 2:30 pm. If checking in after dark
please let us know so we can leave the lights on. Check-out time is 11:00
AM.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows will be charged full rate.
Privacy Policy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell your personally
identifiable information to anyone.
Damage - Cleaning Policy:
Guests leaving the guesthouse overtly dirty will be
charged an additional cleaning fee of $50.00 upon check
out. Damages to the guesthouse, i.e. broken
windows, damaged floors, furniture , etc will be charged
for actual damages.
Security Policy:
Your Payment and personal information is always safe.
Our secure sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry
standard and among the best software available today for
secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your
personal information, including credit card, number,
name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the
internet.
Right of Refusal:
Comfort Getaway reserves the right to refuse booking
anytime.
