David & I have spending our anniversary in the Tx Hill Country for the past 15 years. (We are promising each other a beach vacation at #20 but we can't beat the quiet, peacefulness of Tx Hill Country living) We've spent many weekends in Wimberly and it took some convincing & thought before we booked your cottage. It has been such a welcome change! You have provided such romantic accommodations. The lovely breastfest, bath tub, hot tub, all the small extras that do not go unnoticed. We love this place. We spent the whole day here on Friday - didn't even leave the home I loved. Please don't change a thing! Thank you for giving us a weekend to share together. Can't wait to come again.

A fabulous getaway from the city! We enjoyed star gazing last night after watching the sunset. Then an evening at Luckenbach dance hall, followed by a delicious breakfast by hubby would fresh eggs! Delicious. We will be back.

12/2 Enjoying the outdoors. The stars are so bright & so many of them out here. Sure enjoyed the campfire feel while roasting marshmallows.

WOW! WOW! WOW! What an incredible, perfect place! We were blown away. Every detail was thought of. I can tell so much love was put into this amazing cottage. I am so impressed. My husband and I had the most incredible time here. We had a fire going outside and roasted marsh mellows under the moonlit night. Oh and to enjoy the hot tub was so much fun. I just can't tell you how much we needed this night like we had and we owe it all to you two. Thank you a million times over. The best Thanksgiving ever! We place to come back again and again. It is definitely a piece of paradise.

Thank you so much for allowing us to spend our honeymoon at your beautiful cottage. From the moment we drove up the drive, our breath was taken away. Every single detail caught our attention and you can be sure we will HIGHLY recommend your home to our family & friends as much as we would like it to be our "lil secret" We can't help to talk on & on about how wonderful & peaceful is out here. Thank you so much for the wine, strawberries & flowers!!! It was all amazing and I made my husband promise that this would not be our first & last stay here. Thank you so much for the wonderful birthday weekend in your home. You have the nicest and best decorated place have have ever stayed. The Christmas decorations got me in the spirit to go home and get things ready for my family.

We enjoyed the cats, hiking the property, watching some deer and just relaxing on the deck. Went to the Market Days but did not stay long because we wanted to get back to the cottage to relax.

Had a monster burger at the Alamo Springs Cafe. Love the fresh eggs & are taking some home with us. thank you for making everything so perfect.

Well what is there to say that you haven't already heard a million times before. We had a wonderful honeymoon! This place felt like home for us. quiet country, rustic decor, the claw foot tub - it all added up to the perfect weekend. I think the only complaint we have is that we didn't book it for longer.
There is no question that we will be coming back here, as well as recommending it to some good friends of ours.
I could go on for pages and pages on all the little detail that made me smile or say "aww" and then had me run to show Ben. This is the most comfortable getaway and an excellent alternative to a main street B&B.

Jeanette & I had a great time at your getaway. I can't thank you enough for all the little things you guys have done to make our stay so wonderful. I think this is the best anniversary we have ever had (48 years)
I must tell you I could live without the fright when I saw your ceramic snake on the deck. David and I had both been within 5 ft of it more than once when I saw it and was only 1 foot away and I swear my heart stopped for a few seconds before I realized it was NOT moving. However on the whole we had a most enjoyable stay!

We so appreciate your place. All the special touches were a delight! Sumptuous linens, such a well stocked kitchen, even the great little bath pillow for a relaxing soak in the tub. But most of all, we love the property - it brought back so many wonderful memories of visiting the "old folks" in our families.

We have enjoyed staying at this charming comfortable retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life (Currently Houston for us though our permanent house is in Perth, Western Australia which is considerably less frantic than Houston)

We had such a wonderful time here! This was the perfect place to celebrate our 1st anniversary. How sweet of you to leave us a bottle of wine and a pretty pot of roses. The bed was perfect, we had a delicious breakfast both mornings, we enjoyed finding chocolates all over the house and we love looking at the stars at night! We were pleased to discover the Alamo springs Cafe, and we were fascinated to see the bats leave their cave at the park last night. You cottage was a delightful little treasure to find in the Hill Country. We can't wait to visit again!

Everything was so nice! The cats greeted us when we arrived. We did see 2 deer on our first night as we enjoyed the hot tub. The grill worked like a charm and the groceries you made available were right on time.

P.S. If any of your guests are looking for a fun day at the river, we loved Bergheim Campgrounds in Boerne. Gorgeous day of kayaking and many of the others we called rivers were too low. Thanks again, we will be back.

We loved our trip! From the moment we started driving up the driveway, we knew we made the right choice. The cottage, views, back decks, HOT TUB, etc. were wonderful! I am so happy that I went for the massage package. Thank you for being available to come back on Saturday and give me a second massage and release all of the stresses from living in the big city. The Café down the road was wonderful! The food was perfection. Everyone I encountered were so nice. See you in the Spring if not before! My best to Mr. Jesse. Thank you for your hospitality and being available to me when needed. I truly appreciated it. Although I love the kitties, I miss Butter a little. J Such a sweetheart!

What a wonderful place to celebrate two years of marriage! We weren't able to do much our first year due to finances, so we decided to splurge a little for our two year anniversary and boy did we make the right choice! This place is beautiful and secluded.
